A corner can be exciting,
Because it can mean,
A new adventure awaits you,
With new sights to be seen.
But a corner can cause great concern,
By not knowing what is there.
Does a great opportunity await us,
Or, a trap designed to snare.
That is why we must ready,
For whatever may be ahead;
By relying on the Savior,
And the words he said.
So Jesus is with me at each corner,
He said, "I'm the way, truth and life."
So I don't worry if each corner,
Will bring me peace or strife.
