Sudden string of struggles? Frequent frustrations? Tiring troubles?
Do you hurt right from deep within? Then it is time to seek solution where it abounds,because you are not different from the next man in this rigorous journey of life. Oftentimes we go through life as if we have no hope; dejection, depression and rejection are the order of the day. We meander through life’s highway maze in a daze.
So much in life appears as a hazy blur because we are always in a hurry, usually to nowhere all in the attempt to be somebody. At a point we even wonder if prayers are answered anymore after having prayed for so long, that, we begin to feel that there is no way out of the situation or any solution in sight.
`Nobody cares´ you say, the one whom you regarded as a friend turned out to be wolf in sheep’s clothing , blood is thicker than water they say, but you found out the hard way that the one who stabs you in the back first, in any crisis, always happens to be a relative!
At this point you need to do a rain check, ask yourself a set of questions; who am I? What are my strengths and weaknesses? Why am I here? Where am I headed in this my life’s journey? What is my focus and aim? What do I expect as gain at the end of the journey, when the unexpected happens and distractions come along the way, do I have a plan B to fall back upon? How do I handle these distractions? Who is my source and where do I tap strength from?
Without this self assessment rather than self crucifixion (Our Lord Jesus Christ did that already!) and pointing accusing fingers all of the time at others; none of us can move on to the next level, it will always be someone else’s fault why we are, the way we are or why we did it, like in Adam’s case.
We need to take a bold step of faith and begin to lean on our major source of strength that never fails, when it gets to the crux of the matter coming to the realisation that it is by His grace alone that we can survive it all believing His word always that, those who are with us are greater in number than those who are against us!
He is willing, His grace alone He says is sufficient for us, it was always our sustenance when we did not even know it that we had issues and battles at hand because at those times, his Angels carried us carefully through the storms being our shield and hedge of protection.
Are you still considering it? Caste all your burdens now, at the foot of the great throne of mercy, He is more than capable!
The book of Isaiah(the Holy Bible) 43:18-19 reminds you and I to; Remember ye not the former things, neither consider the things of old. Behold I will do a new thing; and it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, AND RIVERS IN THE DESERT.
How marvellous to know that He cares; His word giving me encouragement when I least expect to hope, His ways showing me wisdom where folly abides,
His answers vary, sometimes he says, YES, other times He says WAIT or NOT YET and even in certain situations He says NO!
It is only by divine direction and instant intervention that you can hang in there when He says NOT YET!
