What Good Is It?

To have a loving heart, but never speak it;
Desire a noble deed, but never do;
Contain a fervent hope, but never pray it;
To want to touch, but never carry through?

If we would show the world that Jesus loves them,
A risk is there to speak our love out loud;
We must voice our prayers - not merely think them,
We must touch, in loving ways, a crowd!

For there are those who suffer all around us-
Despairing ~ every day a battle new;
What good is it to tell the strength of Jesus?
Why, He’s the One they need to bring them through!
