For our
BEAUTY OPERATORS
~at the manor~

Lovely Ladies and Beautiful Girls

Every Monday - come rain or come shine
A bunch of ladies give up their time;
In the summer they sweat and when bleak winter comes,
They stand on their feet and work on the run!

They chatter away with shampoo and a smile
A curler in hand - small talk for awhile;
They get the same stories, they’ve heard before,
Mousse in their hands, towels on the floor.

The patrons that come, have wrinkles and gray;
But they leave with a smile for another day ~
A lift in their looks as they glance at their curls ~
These lovely ladies leave beautiful girls!

I wonder if there could be thanks enough
For these lovely ladies who “do their stuff”?
I know they’re worth more than diamonds and pearls ~
These lovely ladies who leave beautiful girls!
