Hello, sis; how the heck are you?
All of our laughs, I am remembering;
You’re not 'round, I’m a little blue;
Know your absence leaves me stinging;

And I miss hearing your voice;
It always seems to leave me a smile;
But I’m sure I understand your choice;
I just kinda miss your style;

Take off my arm, pull out a tooth;
It’s for a bit, them I’ll miss;
But from my heart, I’ll share some truth:
I’d sure like to see my li’l sis;

You have my prayers, along with my love;
It’s how I keep you near in my heart;
May you remember you're God’s ‘Dove’;
His love and mine will ne’er part;

God is so good, even when you’re gone;
Your absence shows just how you’re missed;
So it’s with this bittersweet song,
Remembering you, my heart is kissed.
