The Master’s Call
Our heavenly Father already knows
What things we have need of
Before we ever kneel down and ask Him
He is sending down His love
You see prayer is not only for Him
But for us, to help us grow
In the loving relationship we were made for
The way He planned it, so long ago
Our God always answers our prayers
He may say; yes, no, or just....wait
But He wants us to keep on praying
So depend on Him, He’s never too late
Pour out your deepest fears to Jesus
Let Him calm your storms again
Then watch His goodness and mercy
Pour from heaven down like rain
Ask him for His blessings on loved ones
Ask Him to give your soul peace
Prepare your heart to receive His answers
The Good Lord knows of your need
When we learn to talk to the Father
About everything, no matter how small
Our faith just keeps growing stronger
And we begin to hear the Master’s call
The call comes from His Spirit to ours
When He sees we are going astray
He wants us to come home for prayer time
For He is the Potter, we are only the clay……..
