America the Beautiful, a nation founded upon truths being self-evident, that all men are created equal, endowed by their Creator with certain non-transferable "Rights", that among these are Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness. To secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, --- That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.

Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness

To the average citizen today, the words life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness describe their opportunity to pursue any type of work thus enabling them to accomplish and have anything they desire. They believe it is their "right" guaranteed by the founding fathers and the constitution that provides them this liberty which allows them this happiness. Now certainly, these are some of the benefits of a free society but they are far from the meaning ascribed to by our founding fathers. According to our founding fathers life was a result of the creator, a mighty and merciful God. Liberty was the freedom to choose to ascribe to the principles, statutes and teachings of the creator. These principles, statutes and teachings call for the life of the follower, here on earth, to be pleasing unto their creator. The living of such a life would bring blessings to them from their creator and guarantee the pursuit and attaining of happiness not only here on earth but with the creator, forever, after their lifespan here on earth had ended.

America, the song, also rings with favor praising God for the blessings that He bestowed upon them as they sought to build a new nation in honor and tribute unto their God.

My country ‘tis of thee, Sweet land of liberty, Of thee I sing.

Thanks is offered and spoken unto God for providing them with a new country where man can freely live their lives unto Him. My country is of thee, sweet land of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Because of this freedom, we will continually sing of God and strive to live our lives being pleasing unto God. Of thee, Father, I sing.

Land where my fathers died, Land of the Pilgrims pride, From every mountain side, Let freedom ring.

My fathers sacrificed, my fathers fought and my fathers died, that they could live their lives unto you God. Remember the joy of the Pilgrims at their first harvest. Even through the hardships, cold winter and deaths they knew you were with them and would stand by them. And, you did. Thank you God. May our freedoms and liberty be echoed from every mountainside, of the love and guidance you have provided us. Let everyone know.

Yes, America, the land of the free and the home of the brave. A land made available by God and occupied with founding fathers seeking the fullness of God. Brave men and women who truly knew God and who they were in Him. America, a land started with people who had faith in God and desired to live their lives according to his plan. They recognized that God created life and established a plan for each and that cause and motive, of each individual, were mightily important with its determinate end. Brave people who refused to remain under the injustices of an absolute tyrannical king and looked to God to bring them into a new and just society.

Let us read the comments of our founding fathers regarding their purpose for declaring independence.

Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shown, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.--Such has been the patient sufferance of these Colonies; and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter their former Systems of Government. The history of the present King of Great Britain is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these States. To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid world.
He has refused his Assent to Laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good.
He has forbidden his Governors to pass Laws of immediate and pressing importance, unless suspended in their operation till his Assent should be obtained; and when so suspended, he has utterly neglected to attend to them.

He has refused to pass other Laws for the accommodation of large districts of people, unless those people would relinquish the right of Representation in the Legislature, a right inestimable to them and formidable to tyrants only.

He has called together legislative bodies at places unusual, uncomfortable, and distant from the depository of their public Records, for the sole purpose of fatiguing them into compliance with his measures.

He has dissolved Representative Houses repeatedly, for opposing with manly firmness his invasions on the rights of the people.

He has refused for a long time, after such dissolutions, to cause others to be elected; whereby the Legislative powers, incapable of Annihilation, have returned to the People at large for their exercise; the State remaining in the mean time exposed to all the dangers of invasion from without, and convulsions within.

He has endeavored to prevent the population of these States; for that purpose obstructing the Laws for Naturalization of Foreigners; refusing to pass others to encourage their migrations hither, and raising the conditions of new Appropriations of Lands.

He has obstructed the Administration of Justice, by refusing his Assent to Laws for establishing Judiciary powers.

He has made Judges dependent on his Will alone, for the tenure of their offices, and the amount and payment of their salaries.

He has erected a multitude of New Offices, and sent hither swarms of Officers to harass our people, and eat out their substance.

He has kept among us, in times of peace, Standing Armies without the Consent of our legislatures.

He has affected to render the Military independent of and superior to the Civil power.

He has combined with others to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our constitution, and unacknowledged by our laws; giving his Assent to their Acts of pretended Legislation:
For Quartering large bodies of armed troops among us:
For protecting them, by a mock Trial, from punishment for any Murders which they should commit on the Inhabitants of these States:
For cutting off our Trade with all parts of the world:
For imposing Taxes on us without our Consent:
For depriving us in many cases, of the benefits of Trial by Jury:
For transporting us beyond Seas to be tried for pretended offences
For abolishing the free System of English Laws in a neighboring Province, establishing therein an Arbitrary government, and enlarging its Boundaries so as to render it at once an example and fit instrument for introducing the same absolute rule into these Colonies:
For taking away our Charters, abolishing our most valuable Laws, and altering fundamentally the Forms of our Governments:
For suspending our own Legislatures, and declaring themselves invested with power to legislate for us in all cases whatsoever.

He has abdicated Government here, by declaring us out of his Protection and waging War against us.

He has plundered our seas, ravaged our Coasts, burnt our towns, and destroyed the lives of our people.

He is at this time transporting large Armies of foreign Mercenaries to complete the works of death, desolation and tyranny, already begun with circumstances of Cruelty & perfidy scarcely paralleled in the most barbarous ages, and totally unworthy the Head of a civilized nation.

He has constrained our fellow Citizens taken Captive on the high Seas to bear Arms against their Country, to become the executioners of their friends and Brethren, or to fall themselves by their Hands.

He has excited domestic insurrections amongst us, and has endeavored to bring on the inhabitants of our frontiers, the merciless Indian Savages, whose known rule of warfare, is an undistinguished destruction of all ages, sexes and conditions.

In every stage of these Oppressions We have Petitioned for Redress in the most humble terms:

Our repeated Petitions have been answered only by repeated injury. A Prince whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a Tyrant, is unfit to be the ruler of a free people.

Nor have We been wanting in attentions to our British brethren. We have warned them from time to time of attempts by their legislature to extend an unwarrantable jurisdiction over us. We have reminded them of the circumstances of our emigration and settlement here. We have appealed to their native justice and magnanimity, and we have conjured them by the ties of our common kindred to disavow these usurpations, which, would inevitably interrupt our connections and correspondence. They too have been deaf to the voice of justice and of consanguinity. We must, therefore, acquiesce in the necessity, which denounces our Separation, and hold them, as we hold the rest of mankind, Enemies in War, in Peace Friends.

We, therefore, the Representatives of the united States of America, in General Congress, Assembled, appealing to the Supreme Judge of the world for the rectitude of our intentions, do, in the Name, and by Authority of the good People of these Colonies, solemnly publish and declare, That these United Colonies are, and of Right ought to be Free and Independent States; that they are Absolved from all Allegiance to the British Crown, and that all political connection between them and the State of Great Britain, is and ought to be totally dissolved; and that as Free and Independent States, they have full Power to levy War, conclude Peace, contract Alliances, establish Commerce, and to do all other Acts and Things which Independent States may of right do. And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honor.

The stated Declaration Of Independence above points to all the difficulties that our founding fathers had to contend. Even after being here in America, the king of England continued with tyranny. But, take note that the States of America, first appealed to the Supreme Judge of the world for the rectitude of their intentions. They sought guidance from God. They petitioned God in determining if they were taking the right and correct action. They desired nothing less than moral integrity and their judgment and procedure to be correct and proper in the eyes of God. Why would they not seek Gods’ advice with a decision that would effect continued long-term development of the land of the Free and the home of the Brave. Additionally, that all states would continue support of the Declaration, expecting and reliance on the protection of divine Providence, they mutually pledged to each others lives, their fortunes and sacred honor. Yes indeed, faith in God, moral integrity and honor of Godly and free people of this new nation.

The Modern America - 2003

Having been born and raised in America, it has been truly amazing to observe the changes in attitude and knowledge of the intent of our founding fathers. Freedoms, patriotism, rights of the people, are now all taken for granted and suppress the principles, statutes and teachings of the creator upon which our founding fathers sacrificed and built this free and loving nation. "Oh, we might have our problems, but, where else do you have such freedom." " There is not a better place in all the world than here in America the Beautiful." These words have always been the response to the injustices and wickedness that we inhale. However, acceptance of these words are a turning away from the truth, a turning away from God, a turning away from our creators principles, statutes and teachings. This turning away has caused an abundance of pain, anguish and suffering to the people. America the beautiful, today, 2003 is not so beautiful. The life, liberty and pursuit of happiness ascribed to by our founding fathers have gone amuck. God has been completely forgotten here in America. The principles, statutes and teachings of our God and creator are nowhere to be found within "our" government, established by "our" founding fathers. As a matter of fact "our" government servants "wink" at these colossal injustices as they continue in their evil wickedness.

But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object (Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness) evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.

The world in which we live is deadly. It smacks of the very core of Satan's deception and the church needs the TRUTH to be expounded upon. The world needs money and power to survive, to the expense of the truth. But, the TRUTH is more powerful than the world, it is more powerful than gold, silver and money, therefore, the world has caused the good to be made evil and evil to be made good because the love of money is the root of all evil. Always be aware that evil always use a measure of the truth to make evil good. That is why the TRUTH must be expounded upon in the church, NOW.

Citizens of America have been over wrought with a tyrannical system that the congress and senate has appeased and likened unto. Men like congressman Henry Hyde publicly stating that “events have overtaken our Constitution”, and that our Constitution has become “anachronistic”, should be recalled as he is not a defender of the Constitution and true representative of the people.

We now have law school professors like Allen Dershowitz teaching that “we have no unalienable Rights”, and that “government should not be limited by a written Constitution because government can do good things for People.” Such teaching are an abomination not only to the people by most directly unto God.

These attitudes, having been ignored by the citizens for many years, have allowed the creation of a tyrannical US governmental system involved in mass deceit and corruption. This tyrannical control is so great and overpowering that an “Honorable Representative” can openly speak such contempt against those who have placed him in office, without any concern of repercussions. The words of both Hyde and Dershowitz can be understood to be the truth because our leaders have succumbed to the “Love of Money”. Our House of Representative, Senators, Department of Justice, Senate and House leadership have given control of our Republic over to those who control the money.

The bible tells us that the love of money is the route of all evil. Oh how our leaders love money. They continue to sell their soles for the love money and allow evil to permeate completely through our system of government thus placing our Constitution out on a limb hanging by a thread. Between 1896 and 1923 our system of government took on a new and unconstitutional form through deceit and wickedness. Our Constitution calls for monies to be backed by a gold standard with funds being held within the United States Treasury. Yet, through deception, our leaders allowed the establishment of a banking system known as The Federal Reserve System. What this system amounts to is a private banking system that is strictly forbidden by our Constitution. These private bankers come from the families in Europe who controlled that monetary system having societies under servitude and despotism. These private bankers known as the “Robber Barons” would provide funds to the government. In return, they sought the guarantee of the American citizen to repay these funds. Through trickery, deception and fraud, the robber barons shoved amendments and acts through congress and had them proclaimed ratified even when they weren’t. An income tax was placed upon the people using a measure of the truth to purport their lie which has continued to be hidden for 80 years. The Constitution prohibits the taxing of ones labor, yet, the lie was instituted and the cover-up continues this day. The end result gives the elite barons control of the money and our government. But, for years everything was done for the benefit of the people when in reality the rich kept getting richer and bolder. Still aptly taught by Mr. Dershowitz, yet, he negates to tell the truth which is the system in not for the betterment of mankind but for the control and servitude of the people.

During the Nixon presidency, the country went off the gold standard and unto the Federal Reserve Standard. This new standard put the circulation of money onto the faith of making money thus causing money to be ones first love. Again, it appears that this system is great for the people for they have the ability to make money in a new and favorable way. This system enhanced the stock market system of stocks, bonds and mutual funds with its growth plan of phantom riches. Without a currency backed by gold, it was much easier to “create wealth” and create is what the barons did for themselves.

Our forefathers had come out from such a system and wrote into our Constitution all that was required to prevent such a Government to manipulate its control over the people but that the control would remain with the people. Yet, as proclaimed by mister Hyde and Dershowitz, the controlling mechanism, the Constitution, has become anachronistic and the leaders knowing what is better for the citizens, all through fraud and deception within government. Our Constitution today is hanging by a thread.

With the gold standard gone, the value of real estate replaced the values of the gold standard. Back in the 50’s and 60’s banks would lend 80% of the value and today they lend at 125% of the value. It doesn’t seem to be good business practice to loan more than the worth so lets take a closer look at this situation. Remember, without the gold standard there was nothing required to back up the printing of money. The government would request a certain sum, the Fed would print it for the cost. The government would pay back at interest by way of an income tax placed upon the labor of its citizens. Over the years citizens were no longer were referred to as citizens but taxpayers.

How would you like to own a business like this private banking system the Federal Reserve System? The only asset you would need would be a printing press. People will come to you for a $100,000 loan. You would print the money at a cost of $43.00. The person would sign a note at 9% interest for 30 years. It would cost you $43.00 printing costs for paper and ink and you receive the $100,000 plus $190,000 in interest. You receive a total of $290,000 over 30 years. That is how the banking system works. In recent years banks lend more than the value. Why? Salaries have increased, and most fixed expenses keep increasing, yet, majority of people have less equity than they did 10 years earlier. What is happening! The notch is being tightened. The world is getting smaller. Smaller businesses are being bought by larger businesses. Those who control the money have control of the system. Tragedies begin to occur, fear is heightened through the threat of terrorism and the money market drops to an intolerable level. Remember the phantom system that was allowed to exist by our government officials. Stock market gains are wiped out, retirement savings deteriorate, layoffs increase, salaries are cut, debt increases and basic need prices keep rising such as food, gas and insurance. Those who have the money make the rules and the average citizen suffers. The condition of the citizen today, 2003, is tight to say the least. The government (The Fed) allowed tax reductions several times over the last 3 years to stimulate the economy. That has been one of the means used in past recessions, but this time, it will not generate the stimulus as in the past. Home interest rates are beginning to rise once again. The next recession has already been projected to happen between 2004 and 2005. The methods used in years past will not place the economy, at that time, on a level that would stimulate as in the past. As a result, when this happens, the Fed will require a change of the US Dollar to a one world currency, causing the world to operate with the same currency to a one world standard. Our Constitution will be dead, our goose will be cooked, and complete servitude and despotism will be upon America. The power of the people over the government will be desecrated and the barons will have enslaved the entire world. America, the land of the free and the home of the brave will be in complete servitude to the robber barons as when our Lord God allowed His people to come to this free land and live their lives unto Him.

The above information is not new, but it is now coming to a head. Men have searched and uncovered the corruption and fraud for years yet people desire not to listen or admit that their government is as wicked and corrupt as it is. Older folks have known but turned away. Younger folks don’t have the opportunity to learn because our original system of government and the Constitution are no longer taught in our schools.

We The People Foundation has worked for a number of years presenting these facts and others unto the government all the way through to the President, yet no one responds or answers. When questioned our congressmen and senators state that the Constitution says that the people have the right to partition its government, but that doesn’t mean they have to answer. What boldness, audacity and deceit we have as so called honorable men representing the people and citizens of America.These lack of responses prove that they have given up leadership and have sold their soles unto satan.

We are all slaves, either to good or to evil. We either live the truth or the lie, support justice or injustice, there is no in-between. The circumstances and situations having been established above and the fact that our government refuses to address the redress rights of the people, as the constitution directs, there is only one answer....GOD, the same creator that our founding fathers acknowledged. God is the answer, the only answer and He is calling His church to order.

Hello America, God is calling His people to order.

The church will rebuild, for Gods people have much to do before being joined to our Lords army. This new movement of God will be powerful, quick, discerning and the final call that will change lives. The world, the government and state will be fearful of this new powerful church, for it will expose deception and lies that keep people from adhering to Gods statutes. As a result the world and governments will administer unto the people terms and laws that will attempt to cause the people great fear. This fear will come in such great measures that it will cause more people to accept the truth and turn unto God. For, the fear that is designed to destroy the truth will destroy itself. The TRUE CHURCH will speak against the status quo and as a result be persecuted. This powerful body, Gods church, will be called evil, haters of the world establishment that has come to kill, steal and destroy. But, the church will bind together as one and abide in Gods word. As Jesus told the believers, "If you abide in My word, then you are truly disciples of Mine; and you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free." John 8:31,32.

Our Constitution has become nothing more than words on paper according to Congressman Hyde and Mr. Dershowitz.

We are in the last of the last days and the spirit of antichrist is operating in almost full power at a speed greater than ever before. The day of rectitude is upon all of us and God is calling His people to order. The day is upon us when the Lord shall punish the host of the high ones that are on high, and the kings of the earth upon the earth. Our leaders are under the power of the spirit of antichrist and have succumbed to the love of money and its power. Gods people must declare Gods truth and God is calling His faithful and true servants to order that His will and work will proceed quite possibly for the last time here on this earth.

We The People Foundation will be filing a class action suit against the government the first part of September 2003. We have reached the same point in time today that our forefathers faced when they produced the Declaration of Independence and stated the facts and purpose. Read the declaration very closely and compare both time periods. See how closely they correspond.

Satan has desired to rule the world and become god. He has continued to impart the spirit of antichrist upon the people of the world. The freedom of America is his last obstacle and he intends to capture the will of all mankind.

And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, wherefore ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world. Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world. 1 John 4:3-4

This writing is just the beginning. Things in time are happening so quickly that the end of time as we know it may occur before the completion of this writing, but not before the ending has been completely shown in the bible. That is why we all must study to show thyself approved.

God is calling His people, those who continue to trust and obey, to order. His people know who they are and will hear His voice for the times are indeed short. There is urgency at this time that requires fervency that God will be truly glorified.
