The following words are a result of a continual seeking of Gods' wisdom, knowledge, love and understanding. This continual seeking brought upon the seeker attacks of the enemy. This continual seeking brought answers from above with explanation and understandings that exposed and destroyed the insufficient power of satan and his demons with the power of God available to all true believers.

I am a 58-year-old American who received a call from God early in life but ignored and never accepted this call until the age of 40. For the past eighteen years God has caused me to study His word, not just a reading but a true study. The study involved history and current events upon which God has revealed a tremendous amount of spiritual insight and revelation bringing me to a much closer walk with the Lord Jesus Christ. Thank God I have always been relatively healthy. I've never been one that would easily take medicine. Aspirin and cold pills would be the extent of it and I often would wonder just how much cold pills really helped. Anyway, the last several years I have produced increased occurrences of indigestion and reflux disorder mostly at night. This brought about the taking of Alka-Seltzer, Rolaids, Tums and the like but never really eliminating the problem. Within the last three to four years if it wasn't indigestion I would be awakened in the night coughing and choking, head stuffed with draining into throat causing tremendous coughing with difficulty in breathing. I would sit up in the living room for an hour or so, relaxing, then go back to bed. These episodes were infrequent at first but increased in frequency and intensity. Talking with others, I concluded that I had developed allergies to pollen or dust or something so I started taking allergy medication. I found that certain over the counter allergy medications did help, so I would take them a half-hour or so before bedtime when I could feel a potential night of grief and attacks. This system pretty much solved the problem, except, at times I would miss judge the feeling prior to bedtime and not take the medication. Again, I didn't desire to take the medication but it helped. In more recent months my wife seemed to have similar problems and started to take the same medication, which also helped her. We didn't know what was causing the problem but we had found a way of helping control the episodes.

Two weeks ago, before bedtime, I sensed a possible problem so I took medication ahead of time. I went to bed and within one hour I was coughing and gasping like never before. I could not catch my breath and breathing became very labored and I thought for sure that if I didn't die, I would be in the hospital. My heart and my mind immediately sought the Lord. Help! What is this that I am experiencing? I took the medication tonight. It always has worked in the past. I feel like I have been attacked. Is this an attack of the enemy? I immediately heard from God. It was not audible but He spoke to me. His message was "Yes, you have been attacked by the enemy". We both knew to whom He was referring, demons, followers and workers of the devil. I said, Lord God, I need help. I need to know how to fight these demons. I had been in prayer services where hands were laid upon folks and demons were bound and presumably cast out, but, this seemed to be different. This was real. This was reality. These attacks seemed to want to kill and destroy. I said, Lord, I belong to you and your word says that I have your power. May your power be demonstrated and these demons be bound and cast out or whatever it takes, I need help. At this point I began coughing and choking with intensity then it stopped. I knew that something that was within me had gone out from me. I can't explain how, I just knew. The coughing had stopped but the breathing was still very difficult. I said, Lord, had they left, what has happened? God responded to me and said, "This attack that came upon you was much greater than you could have imagined". "Yes, some had gone out from you". Immediately I began coughing and choking, knowing that more were going to come out of me, for I sensed a combination of faith and power in me and around me. The coughing was again intense and the breathing difficult, then it was again stopped. (Folks, I weep right now, telling about this attack and being fully aware of the power of God and knowing how He was there and that he would receive honor and glory.) I said, "Lord, more have gone out, haven't they". He agreed. I sat, trying to catch my breath and wondering about the whole attack and what could I learn from it that would bring honor and glory to God in the future. I said, "God, I want you to teach me what I need to know through all of this that I can be used by you and for you in the future." At that point, I was breathing somewhat easier, but, I knew they weren't all gone. I said, "God, they aren't all gone, I sense they aren't all gone". "Teach me to know when they are all gone, for when you place me before others with demonic attacks, I won't be able to sense in them like I sense in me, teach me what I need to know".


This is what God began to reveal.

Those little imps, those little demons that you coughed out through my power were immature. They thought this was all a game. They felt that they were merely going through a training session. They thought that this was all part of their big joke. That is because they hadn't been in true warfare until now. Prior to this attack, before you were taking the medication, you would go out into the living room in the middle of the night and sit up. You would try to relax and allow the draining to complete. These little imps would settle back down inside, during this time, until they were ready for the next little game. That which remains within you is mature. He's been around. He has found a place to hide and thinks that he is secure.

Then, the book of Job came to mind. The part that was brought to mind was when the devil went to God and got permission to test Job, but, told not to kill Job. God said, "The devils hand has been upon your head. That has given his little demons authority to attack at will. His hand upon you had little meaning to the immature for they did not fully understand. But, his hand upon you meant everything to the mature one hiding thinking that he was macho and secure.

Then, the following thought came into my being. You have nothing to fear but fear itself. And God proceeded, " The demons are to produce fear, chaos and disorder as their father the devil. As their father commands them to produce fear, chaos and disorder, they become fear. As I am your Father, I will never leave you or forsake you. You have my strength and my power with which your faith is far greater than anything the devil can attempt upon you".

Now, I saw a hand being removed from upon my head. God said, "The devil has removed his hand". Immediately I sensed an anger inside of me. I did not possess an anger, it was within me. A shifting and a shaking was taking place down deep within me. God revealed that the mature demon now knew that his father the devil had left him, fear, all alone. Fear gripped fear and fear knew that there was nothing to fear but fear itself. That which fear was attacking me with now attacked it and instantly, with a gush, it vanished, almost like its fear was so great it exploded into nothing.

I knew the attack was over, all demons were destroyed and my allergy problem was not an allergy problem but an attack of the enemy. I knew that I would no longer need to take that allergy medication. I also knew that my wife would no longer have to take the medication. Since this attack, neither of us have sensed the need to take medication,for Gods' Power Had Destroyed The Enemy.

It was revealed sometime during all of this attack that these demons were specifically targeting the respiratory system. Additionally, the reflux is not apparent and the indigestion is minimal to non-existent. Through all of this, I have a nearness to God that can't be explained even by saying a deeper relationship. I feel cleaner and stronger knowing that Gods power is available at any time. The power that was apparent and available will be and always is available to those who believe and to those who trust and obey and to those who ask in faith believing. For it is written; for he said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee. Hebrew 13:5b.

Praise be to the Name of the Lord God Most High.
