The sower sowed the seeds
and they fell upon the ground.
But when the sower looked
the seeds could not be found.

Some seeds fell by the wayside
and was taken by the wicked one.
The word was not understood
therefore no fruit was borne.

Some seeds fell on stony ground
and oh what joy was there.
But when tribulation came along
again the ground was bare.

Some seeds fell among thorns
and had no chance to survive.
Because they were badly choked
as we are sometimes by trials.

Seeds were sown in good ground
and the word was received as told,
the fruit produced was plentiful
from thirty to a hundred fold.

So purify your stony heart
and prepare the soil for sowing
So the seeds will take root
and the harvest will keep growing.
