Thank You, Lord, for my salvation;
My journey alone is my destination,
For here, on earth, I can know You;
How Your love will pull me through;

You’re patient with my fetid heart;
With great mercy to quickly impart;
I have You, Father, by my side,
As I have Jesus, in Whom to abide;

You always watch me with loving eyes,
And all I do is no surprise,
To You, the One who sets my path
And sets me right without wrath;

To You alone; the One who sees me,
Within, without, as demons flee;
My heart bequeath, in life and death;
Just let me breathe Your very breath.
