Wild flowers of the night
Walking lithely on the lighted
Empty and lonely streets
With tempting fragrance
That ensnares the stubborn insects
That cannot control their libido

Your nectar is poisonous
Those who suck spread the plague
To the lovely homely rose and violet
Now that the virologists
Dread the sinister odour
Spreading all around life’s garden

So watch the totty petals
And watch the seraphic rose
For the face does not show
Those infected by the plague
Now that the stubborn insects
Has spread the pollen all around

Doom to those who cannot resist fragrance
For soon it would turn to bad odour
Earth’s womb would swallow them
That cannot resist fragrance
Now that the stubborn insects
Have spread sick pollen all around

They say it started from the west
And from the west they claimed
It started from the black jungle
Like wild locusts before the harvest
It has descended on our land
So we must keep away from fragrance
