HEAVENS LENS

A nature photographer is an artist
At work with the rustle of the wind
He walks softly toward the sound of an Eagle on wing
He watches as the sun drops from the heavens
A hush falls from somewhere beyond time
It is a sure sign
For all the little animals to gather at the rivers edge
As the water flows in gently to touch their lips
Let me have the power to click
That scene is at my finger tip

Oh God,
Just let me be there and take a few sips
Of the precious jewels of nature
My eyes ache to behold
The wonders of your love
Let me hear the gentle coo of a turtle dove
As I watch the Majesty of Nature
Unwind with the sound of the summer sunset
Let me feel the gentle breeze
as the sun and moon both make formations
This is that special time of day when I will see God
walking hrough the midst of his creations.

I MUST PROCLAIM THE MAJESTY OF NATURE
As my finger forgets to click while watching a tiny doe
Drink from the breast of nature’s life giving flow
The forest takes on a special glow
And I am lost somewhere between time and space
For God is surely walking here in this place
