Prayers
To the God of "always there", to the God of a thousand second chances, to the God who finally in the fulness of time sent His Son to see if perhaps one would listen! How it must grieve Your great loving heart when we spurn the Message of the Cross. Awesome, Infinite God of all grace, mercy and love who never gives up on us, the Rock of our salvation, forgive us!
Please help us on the brink of a New Year to walk close behind Jesus, carrying His cross daily, with love for You and others growing day by day until we get home. Increase our faith, sustain our hope, renew our strength--all with the joy of the Holy Spirit flooding our souls.
