There is only one reason
for this most blesses season
For our God in Heaven has given us
many miracles to trust.
He sent His precious Son that day
in a small manger of hay
born to redeem all mankind
Jesus had us all in mind.
He helped His precious chosen ones
rebuild the temple, once in ruins
He gave them light to live and see
not just for a day, but eternity!
He gave us a new year, his mercies new
more time to serve and love Him too!
New promises, erasing our past sins
a new season in our lives begins!
So this season I will say
HAVE A HAPPY HOLIDAY!
Because each one is given to us
by our God whom we can trust!
Redemption, renewal, supernatural light
memories, lessons, more insight,
but the greatest gift we will recieve
is the love of Christ, and hearts to believe.
