Red Sun rising
Through puffy mountains of
Snow white clouds
Lace-edged in gold
Engraved across the
Cobalt blue morning sky
Appearing as the announcement
Of God’s creation—
Another day.
Ecstasy for a living soul
Inspiration for an artist
A delight to Earth’s creatures
And unbounded joy
To the soul
In man
To see
And know.
