Tell me your enigmas while you slumber. Spread your theories across the apartment complex.
Tell me your strangers. Turn the ideas on their heads.

I have a complete lack of order, I have a complete lack of faith in the skies.
You install this in me. You stretch me out of bounds.
I have disorders, I have misplaced thoughts.
But you will see my waving from above, slowly chasing the sun.

Last night I had a strange dream, you weren't in it.
Last night I had a strange thought cross my mind, you weren't singing in it.

Don't plan on waking me, I plan on fighting through this tomorrow.
I don't feel like waking if you aren't here.

My apartment is covered in your fingerprints,
My skin is drenched in your smell.
Your smile I'll keep in my pocket.
Your picture I'll keep in my locket.

Tell me your secrets over the phone. Lose your eyes in my own in the conversation.
Tell me lies to make you stronger. Lose words with your hand in my own.

I am my own lack of power. I am my own lack of relationship.
You are the look I can't hide. You are the better half of what will never be me.
I am my own lost person. I am my own long road.
You are my safe trip. You are my warm solace from my midnight wanderings.
