Jesus saw our frustration with the church. We get so frustrated with the lack of commitment and passion that we have for Christ, that others don’t have. But Jesus told us to expect this.

Jesus told us that there would always be poor. He knew that no matter how many Christians there are in the world, they would not be faithful to His calling for them.

You must understand this, everyone wants a Savior, but very few want a Lord.

Also, not many people have faith in Christ's promise of a new heaven and new earth and new bodies.

When Jesus told the sinner who was saved, "Today you will be with me in Paradise", He was talking of a new life. People are too afraid to give up this life here for the promised life with Christ in Paradise.

We cannot condemn people for their lack of faith or commitment. We can only rejoice in our own faith and commitment and show others the joy and love it brings in our own lives.
