MY SPECIAL ROSE

I picked a rose for you my darling
I placed it in your hand
The aroma filled the air
And exploded through out all the land

A peculiar thing started happening
All over and everywhere
In every state and country
True love was free to share

It was like an epidemic
Love became so real
Everyone loved everyone
What a glorious deal

That rose came from my garden
It was red, white and true.
Now all the people in the world
Have become true blue

I went into my garden
To look at this special rose
I had to examine it
And find out what goes?

I bought it at the Wal-mart store
For only six ninety eight
I know that it was special
The whole wide world was great.

I looked it over, up and down
And to my surprise
My eyes lit up like a Christmas tree
When I read that sign
Now I knew what it meant
The name of that rose was
“HEAVEN SCENT”.
