In Songs of Sweet Accord

My song is a joy unlocked
bursting forth unto my Creator
Unto my saviour I let loose
deepest springs of densest emotions
Finding expression,
I have been lifted to glorious presence of Heaven´s light
From this darkness of sin petrified
Refreshed in precious anointing blood of Jesus Christ
Revived and filled with Holy Spirit
Life has been re-breathed into me
As Holy Spirit made entry to teach my willing heart
My buoyant heart is filled with joy unlimited
When I look back and perceive from fading distance filth and impiety
From which His Holy hands reached out and plucked me forth
I can only sing my joy in songs of sweet accord-

My saviour´s message filled yawning emptiness in very core of being
Like needed warmth of sunlight
pouring upon tired face in some cold wintry despair,
Incomparable warmth of love filling
Suddenly is one awakened from sleep of lost souls
Into reviving embrace of Saviour who salvaged weaklings;
Lost and disoriented on rugged paths
Along life´s forgotten roads
where darkness like a cloak had fallen,
from these pits of darkest villainy,
Gracious Lord´s hand reached down
Lifting willing souls into His glorious presence and
Hearts could not but sing His praise-

Saviour´s presence inspires praise in its wholesome beauty, inspiring
His purity lifts weighed down souls and
breaks chains holding man´s spirits
Setting free from ancient bondage,
Thus are souls loosened from ancient bondage
Filled with renewing Spirit´s fire of life
Lift high voices of hope rediscovered singing praises of adoration
In humility of hope rediscovered
faith is strengthened when far from life
Had life´s maker redeemed value-
