'~To Chris~'

Sometimes I feel so stupid of the things I often do.
Wondering if it annoys, or maybe impresses you.

Sometimes I feel so stupid, of the things I often say.
Wondering if it offends you, or maybe makes your day.

Sometimes I feel so stupid, of the way I really look.
Wondering if you think that, I’m the cover of an uninteresting book.

Sometimes I feel so stupid, when I fool around.
Wondering if you get my jokes, or think that I’m a clown.

Sometimes I feel so stupid telling you how I feel.
Wondering why you don’t say, just one lovely word to me.

Sometimes I feel so stupid when I’m missing you.
Knowing that you’re having fun, and not missing me too.

Sometimes I feel so stupid, and I guess I have a right to be.
Because I know you’re reading this, thinking that I'm crazy.

The last part really summed up all the pain and heartache of being a teenager. With love, Deb
