Angels make their dwelling place
With God in Realms of Glory.
They shine so bright
With Heaven's light
Crying, "Holy, holy, holy!"

No one sinful or defiled
Shall Heaven's glory see.
The soul that sins
Shall not come in
I wept so bitterly.

For man, like sheep, has gone astray.
No one is good... not one!
I looked with awe
Into God's law
And cried, " I am undone!"

But Mercy kissed my tear-stained cheek
And took me by the hand.
"Lift thy face
And see God's grace
Soon you'll understand."

I saw a Man nailed to a tree.
O how His blood did flow!
"Hide not thy face
From this disgrace
There's more that you must know."

"Who is this Man?" I cried aloud.
"What crime has brought such shame?"
"Behold the Lamb
The great I AM
Jesus is His Name!"

"He bore man's sin to Calvary's Mount,
The guilt of every nation.
Upon that hill
He did God's will
To purchase thy salvation."

As Mercy held my trembling hand,
Faith stirred my longing soul.
"Thou art the Christ
Who sacrificed
To cleanse and make me whole!"

I, too, shall make my dwelling place
With Christ, the King of Glory!
I'll shine so bright
He made me white
With angels I'll cry, "Holy!"
