You’re the only one who listens
To me be it night or day
You’re the only one who loves me
As I am in every way

Sometimes my mind questions
Whether or not You’re real
But my heart always knows
How it’s Your love that makes it heal

I was born into Your family
On the day that I believed
And there could be no greater gift
Than the salvation I received

You hold me in Your hands
And You mold and You make me
Into the image of Your Son
Until the day that You take me

Some times my mind wanders
I don’t always do my part
But You take away my burdens
When I open up my heart

There is nothing in this world
That I need more than You
And I can talk to You forever
Just like I want to
