Just four little letters can do so much
when you apply just the slightest touch
a new baby will bond and grow

when you speak a kind word to encourage
a first generation college student takes a new voyage

when you give even though it may be your last
you pay it forward as Jesus asked

such a small word with so much to give
it is by these four letters we should live

because God himself says in His word to love as Christ loved the church
and because we are extensions of this word and are commissioned till all have heard

we must act obediently
go ye therefore and teach all nations and let
L-O-V-E be all they see
