Lord help me to love like never before
To see through the eyes of love
Because this I've found unlocks the door
And comes from heaven above

It covers a multitude of sin
And does'nt throw mistakes in faces
It looks beyond where a person has been
And flows freely to all creeds and races

Love is what motivated you to send your son
It flowed through the blood of the cross
And gave Him strength to say, "It's done".
It causes us to gain through loss

Love can only be in hearts
To draw in others to you that are bound
When we do our part
They won't be lost, but found

Love causes us to see in the spirit
The scales will fall off of our eyes
We'll recognize your voice and hear it
The harvest is ripe, hear their cries

Love will cause US to forgive
When people do su wrong
The spiritually dead will live
It makes us write love songs
So that we dont miss out
That only comes from above
Pour it on me from heavens' spout.
