Children

Children are a gift from God.
(Thats if you dont spoil the rod).
Otherwise they will be spoiled brats
Any you'll wonder why they act like that.

All of mine are special to me.
Never thought that I'd have three.

The oldest is a boy, full of wisdom:
A threat to Satans poor kingdom.
One day he will be mighty and great,
Not falling for Satans' bait.
Like Samuel, he hears from the Lord.
He heard at five and I was floored.

The second is precious, like her name:
A future woman of fortune and fame.
She's an awesome girl, called to pray.
I hope she realizes the price to pay.
Blessed with favor and lots of beauty,
I know she'll fulfill her duty.

The youngest reminds me a lot of myself:
Always putting herself on the shelf.
I know that she's redeemed from the curse.
She will do better than me, not worse.
One day she will be on the mission field,
Because of her, others will be healed.
