Oh wouldn’t it be easier
To prayerfully find a way
To seek the word in all we do
Let the message to our hearts convey

All the issues that we see and do
The ways we have to apply
Wouldn’t it be easier
To first ask the questions why

To look to Him to show our path
His light to clearly mark our way
With fearless fortitude we could go
If we only listened, to what He has to say

I know sometimes the road is hard
And clouds darken up the sky
But even in the most fearful time
There is no cause to wonder why

He has promised to never leave us
By our side He has vowed to stay
Follow Him with unwavering faith
And soon will come redemption day

For then it is clearly said
Then no sad tears will eyes cry
When hurt and pain are in the past
And a joyful spirit will never die.

So fold your hands and bow your heads
Sit with me and let us pray
That His strength will be with us
For now and until redemption day
