Listen

If only we would just take the time,
And learn to listen to His voice divine.
But we are trapped by a busy life,
Amidst all the struggles and strife.

God never intended life to be that way.
Will you listen for His voice today?
God may not speak in an audible sound,
But you can feel His presence all around.

He often speaks through His Word.
That is how His voice is heard.
He may use the words of a friend,
That He will be with you to the end.

Maybe right now He is tugging at your heart.
He wants to give your life a brand new start.
God does not expect you to understand it all.
Just have faith and willingly answer His call.

John 10:27-28 (NIV)
My sheep listen to my voice; I know them,
and they follow me. I give them eternal
life, and they shall never perish; no one
can snatch them out of my hand.
