Grief

We wait for a special heaven,

we,

the mothers and fathers

of sons and daughters

who have moved into the next room of life.

We wait not

for the ordinary heaven

of those who

haven't carried a terrible weight

of tears.

Their heaven is less bright,

less beautiful,

less

of everything golden and good.

Their heaven

is

just

plain and ordinary...

(and the funny thing is,

it will be perfect for them),

but

we

the mothers and fathers

of

sons and daughters

who have gone ahead,

we have a special heaven,

because

Our Father

has prepared a room ahead of us.

He said so....

and more importantly....

He knows

like No One

else.....

why we need to have a

special heaven.
