Why are our churches so filled with people with so little faith in God? Is it really our churches' fault or could it be our own fault?
Faith begins with the education that you are brought up with. Don’t put so much blame on the churches when it is the schools, that people are raised with, that has done the most damage.
An education that excludes our Lord Jesus is the most damaging education that there is. Children would be better off not getting any education at all, than to get one the excludes God and His Holy Son.
I teach children and I can testify to the difference between those that are schooled with God and those that are not. I could pretty much guarantee that your churches are full of those that got an education that excluded God. Do a survey just to see. I went to a Christian school and still my education excluded God, so take that also into an account in your survey. I am finally getting the education that God commands us to do. I should have gotten it 45 years ago.
I am having to redo my whole education and I am having to educate all the adults that are also interested. Talk about frustration. God put evidence of Himself in all of His creation and He created history, science, math, social studies and reading (His first reading assignment is the Bible, the only 100% accurate textbook).
Recently I have been sharing all that I am learning with a Woman's Bible Study. They are so amazed at how much I know about the Bible. Often I am told that they want to come to my school. In our school we open even our art classes with a prayer of thanksgiving to our Creator, who created us in His image, enabling us to be creative and having wonderful minds that can do so much under His guidance. I tell all of my students that I am not the teacher, I am the teacher's assistant and Christ is their teacher.
If you want to end your frustration in churches where there is so little passion for Christ, then you must begin with the monster that is killing the faith of this world.

You are right that faith can begin in the schools. Isn't it equally true to say that for a child faith begins at home also? Born-again parents will bring up their children in the ways of God. Today, many do not. So the answer for the human race is surely what Jesus said: "You must be born again."
The substance of things hope for, the evidence of things not seen. This Faith is wrapped up as a most beautiful garment around the shoulders of Jesus Christ. People are afraid to claim JESUS as who He is. The Monster that is killing the faith ,church, school, and the world is DIS-BELIEF. Also some of the so-called "God's people" are not who they claim to be. Only on sundays do they act as if.. Keep preaching the truth. This article of yours should be spoken on the radio and played on tv instead of these crummy reality tv shows.
