Pain Felt Reasoning
It Was All For Us, Not Him

There is no reason for the pain anymore. Jesus has already come and he has bore all of our pain, why do we reason with what we feel. Why want we reason through what we feel.

Isaiah 1:18-20
Come now let us reason together, said the Lord though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool

If you be willing and obedient, ye shall eat the good of the land

But if ye refuse and rebel, ye shall be devoured with the sword; for the mouth of the Lord has spoken it.


Isaiah 9:6
For unto us a child is born unto us a son is given and the government shall be upon his shoulder and his name shall be called wonderful, counselor, the might God, the everlasting father, the Prince of Peace

Isaiah 53:3-5
He is despised and rejected of men, a man of sorrows and acquainted with grief; and we hid as it were our faces from him; he was despised, and we esteemed him not

But he was wounded for our transgression, he was bruised for our iniquities, the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.

Jesus did not reason with what he came to the world to do. He came to save the lost but to God and no pain was spared. Whatever he needed to do, in righteousness to accomplish his work, he did it. God allowed many things to come upon Jesus, but he took it all. He paid it all to him.

In the book of Isaiah, a prophetic book, he was looking into the future at this time and seeing Jesus come to save a dying world. Isaiah was a prophet, a literary genius of the prophets of Israel. He was the son of Amos, was one of the most prominent citizens of Jerusalem, having access to both the royal and priestly leadership of the nation of Judah. His Hebrew name yesha-yaha means Yahweh is salvation. The significance of his name is revealed in his prophetic ministry because he came to the scene of Judah’s history at a time when it was of the utmost importance for the people to realize that salvation was of the Lord and not merely by human efforts. People were turning away from God in large numbers. Isaiah appealed to Israel to return to God, their creator to look unto him, the author and finisher of their faith. He encouraged them to reason together which revealed God’s gracious invitation to all men. He encouraged them to be reasonable by repenting and turning to God. Their sin is described as scarlet and red like crimson, referring to their blood guiltiness before God. The term crimson also means worm. The eradication, his stain turns it snowy white and is symbolic of the life changing grace of God, which delivers man from the guilt and condemnation of sin. God stands ready to cleanse and forgive all who will turn to him.

Pain is the range of unpleasant bodily sensations produced by illness, accident, mental suffering or distress, troublesome person or things, a nuisance, hurt, suffering, discomfort, soreness, ache, pang, spasm, cramp, anguish, agony, afflicting, grief, misery, wretchedness, despair, torment, intrusion, sensations, annoyance, bother, pest, or hurt.

Pain, no pain we could feel in this world will ever be like the pain Jesus took for us. He came with a sword to cut the pain out of our lives, to cut the venom of the snake out. He came to take the infection, the inflammation, and the pus out of our psyche (our mind). In this world we the people of God are afflicted with many things that will cause us pain in one way or another, but the pain we could feel is nothing like the pain Jesus took for us, nor the pain his mother felt as she watched her son be crucified.

The pain of losing a loved one, a husband or wife pulls a part of your own heart out. The two shall be one. Separation or death caused a split of the heart. God created man, male and female, that husband and wife brings the complete set back together again. The father, the son and Holy Spirit all is one. But through the course of work they all had their specific role in creation, in the world as Jesus the Son and now as the Holy Ghost or Spirit comforts us today. They all agree in Heaven and in Earth. Neither caused the other pain. Jesus pleased the Father even in obedience to the cross. When we cause each other pain, we cause the heart of God to be in pain. Disobedience show that we are not ready to reason together with what the Word of God says it is our way or the highway. It shows that we have a rebellious spirit, insubordinate, unruly, naughty, mischievous, bad, defiant, wayward and unmanageable. Disobedience takes us away from God. Sometime the simplest thing that we do or do not do can stop or block our progress and we wonder why. Sometime it is as simple as handling God’s little ones wrong. Having the wrong thoughts concerning them. Trying to block the will of God for someone’s life will put you in danger of Hell’s fire. God’s will, will be performed no matter what and yielding to your actions, your words or your thoughts will only block your own success.

Jesus has in times past and still does now put Angels in the house, anointed them for a special work and the people in charge will block the children from doing what God has called them to do. This is a form of inflicting pain, and pain inflicted it pain received. As a man sows that also shall he reap.

The pain of losing a child whether it is naturally or spiritually hurts. For a mother it is as rottenness to her bone. Her very soul hurts, her womb in her leaps. As the child you lose to death causes death in your womb. It is like they are delivered once again. Then there is the pain of losing possessions, home, cars, clothes, and people. Possessions have sentimental value in some way or another. They have touched your heart, how you obtained and kept them, the joy of receiving them and the pain of losing them.

Even in divorce there is pain. It causes a split, a union that never should be broken. But it is a choice that we make usually incurred from a wrong decision in the first place. Except we do things Gods way we suffer pain. When we do things his way we go through some things, but it is with the assurance that God is in control. When God ordain something it is with joy, not pain. Love covers a multitude of fault. When God ordain something for our lives, rather than listen to what God says, we listen to man, we judge people’s past and put our selves through undue pain and unnecessary trouble because in essence we are doubting what God say. This causes us to go through undue stress because of what’s been planted in our senses. God’s ways are not our ways, nor his thoughts our thoughts, so why are you leaning to your understanding of what you think is. When God has something for us, he has already fixed it up and it is well qualified for the job, trust God more and think less. Going before God, you cause God to step aside and allow you to go through some pain that you never would have had, had you only obeyed what you knew was right. You cannot love man more than you love God. If you obey man rather than God, you will cause a wreck in your life. When we disobey God, our children will disobey us and we may even cause Satan to bring an attack against them that they may not be able to withstand because of the pain we cause our heavenly father to feel. God feels pain as we do. Those that walk with us, sometime they will cause our heavenly Father to feel pain when they exalt us to a pedestal position. Sometime we find out that those that was with us was not with us at all. They cause us to have pain in our heart.

Jesus felt pain when he knew, (although he knew when he came from heaven what was to be and he told them what they would do), that Peter would deny him three times and
Judas would betray him. This is because he had developed a relationship with them in the flesh. The walked with him daily, being taught by him and was close to him, but wasn’t with him and really did not know whom he was. How could Peter deny him when it was revealed to him of the Father who Jesus was? How could we put him back on the cross with sin when we know that he bore all of our sin on the cross and has risen? How would you feel if someone walking with you and your find out that they have betrayed you? Now, some things we call betrayal is not betrayal at all, but repercussions of things we have done. You cause pain you reap pain.

This is called emotional pain or abuse. Pain can be abusive, because the person that causes the pain intends to hurt you. Pain that is mental abuse insists that you are something that you are not. Pilot and Herod brought judgment on Jesus because of the people’s accusations. Sometime people judge you without cause. They will lie on you when all you intend to do is the will of the Lord. Then Jesus suffered physical abuse when those he loved so much whipped him and with man stripes. This pain he took was because he loved us so much, and it was the pain of false accusations. People will be on you, sell you out to benefit them. The can see God’s purpose for your life and will try to hold you back. A Pastor in a church may want his Ministers to stay with him, instead of branch out like the Lord has preordained for his life and will hold him back, control him and keep things out of his life that he need to succeed in the things that God has called him to.

Pastors being the Shepherd have foresight into the lives of the sheep and know some of the plan God has for them. But through their own selfishness and vision, will hold them back, thus causing God pain and their vision will never be fulfilled because of that condition called selfish pride. They will render themselves to the flesh thereby losing out spiritually. You will be accused, but all you know is that you loved. When you add it all up, the total cost of his love was no charge. Money cannot buy the love Jesus gave for us. And all is required is that we love him back.

All of the pain we go through is pretty much self-inflicted and must be alleviated through obedience. Jesus went to the Father and we must come to Jesus. Jesus will alleviate us fro the pain of sin. There is sin to the flesh and sin to the Spirit. He has already given us the prescription for the medicine needed for the pain, but it is up to us to take the medicine in the proper doses. Reason through what you feel. Serving God is not in how you feel. If your arm hurt, will that keep you from reading his Word, studying his Word, singing his praise, praising him, going to Bible Study, Church Worship Services, Intercessory Prayer, or fellowship with other believers in any spiritual setting? There is no reason for the pain anymore.

Jesus took all of our pain, not for himself, but for us. What good is there to know you are sick, in pain, distress, and suffering and help is available, but you are constantly rejecting it? James 5:16, says to confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that you may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much. What is affecting your prayer to hinder them? Give up your pain to Jesus today.
