O Lord, when my strength is spent,
Cause me to look to Whom You sent.
For in Him is unlimited strength, and might
For all who are weary, wane in want of light

Breathe on me, O Lord, the breath of life,
For in Your life I have life
In Your Light I have light
To end my sigh and my night

For I sojourn in a land so strange,
An actor playing my part on the stage,
And when I say, ‘goodbye’, I’ll see Your face.
For then it will be the end of my race.

Lord, may my end grace your heart;
And be the beginning of another part,
The start of something glorious- life with You,
In a glorious new dawn, for all who love You.
