Aah! The smell of fresh flowers after the rain
leaving a trail of essence, in it's path
The sweet aroma still lingers, through the air
after heaven above, have given them a bath
Then a smile appeared on my face
as this thought came to my mind
how God looks at us, from day to day
and how he treats us all so kind
As a bouquet of flowers, of many colors
all spread out over fields of land
So full of life, springing up from everywhere
being tended to, by his loving hands
So, I captured this for a moment
to allow this vision, to linger for a while
and to think on how this came about
with thoughts of a little child
For as we grow each day together
as a flower giving, in some sort of way
God keeps showering us with, rains of blessings
so we can bloom under, his sun each day
