Dear precious one, please do not refrain
from crying your heart out to Me.
The pain that you feel is to Me very real,
and your tears are healing to thee.

Be free to be angry, to sorrow, to grieve,
to question, and struggle with doubt.
Your anger and pain you should not restrain;
please, let all of your sorrow come out.

Sorrow, anger, and pain are the proper response
to the evil of sin and it’s fruit,
and death is sin’s fruit in every nuance,
and your pain does that evil impute.

But child, after your grieving is done,
please know I still sovereignly reign.
Sin, death, and sorrow I have overcome
through my own suffering and pain.

I knew the end of all things before I created,
I saw your sorrow and loss,
But beyond I saw joy, and all suffering abated,
so I endured even the cross.

My love for you and my healing power
have never diminished or waned.
If you trust in Me in your darkest hour
you’ll rejoice in true life regained.
