The Holy Spirit

HE sent his Holy Spirit down
As the comforter
He sent his Holy Ghost down
As mans director
To guide us into all spiritual truth
To reveal heavens plans
To set free and to loose
HE sent the Holy Spirit down
The mighty deliverer
HE sent the Holy Ghost down
With all kingdom power
To turn over Pharisee notions
Of Right and wrong
To bestow us with grace
Dare we sing our own song
HE sent his Holy Spirit down
To move among his people
Not to be quenched;
When Jesus ascended
He took his rightful place,
HE entered in as the sequel
Holy Spirit is not any less the HE
HE who is HE is exactly his equal!

The Holy Spirit rained down
And there were signs and wonders
The Holy Spirit rained down
Without mistake or blunder
The Holy Spirit will vex those who won’t believe
The Holy Ghost will offend those who are deceived
God is spirit, and man he is not
He is bigger than self imposed rules
He cannot be contained inside a box
If he could then none of us would be on planet earth
(And by the way that’s HIS earth, least we boast and take credit for it being our own design, Then again that would just be another sign of the time!)
He is the spirit of Grace
And he is in this Place
He is supernatural spirit
Moving fast and slow
He moves up and down
He moves High and low
In our ignorance he tarries and he watches and he waits
As he longs to teach us
Behold he stands at the gates
Holy Spirit will reveal to you what’s going on
Show you where to go
He will give you a song
Holy Ghost will uncover the campaign of hell
Teach you to bless those who chose to live to hate
He will give you guidance that it may be well
Holy Ghost will teach you to unconditionally love
When you have been utterly used
Or been lied upon,
Defenceless and over and over abused.
There is not a word or action he does not miss
Holy Spirit does rest nor fall asleep
Holy Spirit will pick up the pieces of injustice
If His people who are called by His name,
Repent, humble, trust and obey
He will be their mighty Defender
This is his Word and He cannot lie
He doesn’t Josh or make joke,
He, Selah, is not a pretender!

If any does not understand the Word of God
Ask the Holy Spirit for divine revelation
For naturally, we do not have comprehension.
God’s word is a mystery to the natural eye
But Gods word is Life; again, it does not lie.
God’s word makes no sense to ears that are muted
God’s word will always be, for the hard of hearing
Challenged and disputed!
But through the lens of the spirit
God’s word will open up mysteries
Unlike mystic Meg, or some contenders sage story.

He sent His Holy Spirit down
That everyman has a chance
HE sent His Holy Spirit down
So that we may advance
Into the Kingdom of God
From Everlasting to Everlasting
Into the Kingdom of Heaven
That by far is surpassing
And we enter the Kingdom
By spiritual “force”
Don’t mistake the saying,
Gods force is easy and his Burden is Light
But it will spoil principalities
Not by power, nor by might
But from Heaven a rushing
A mighty wind....

“And I will pour my spirit upon all flesh”
I will save the good, the bad, the rich, and the poor
And I will do wonders to those who accept as true
My Authority, to do as I will,
For I am God, I am Spirit, I am truth and I am light
By me the just shall walk by faith
They shall forever see me in their sight.
They are my beloved, They are my Hephzibah…
As the Blessed Trinity, I thus declare,
They are my pleasure, my creation and my delight
and by my spirit, they will forever be in my care"
