I long for immortality,
my flesh wants to last
forever. My spirit
catches a glimpse
of what should be,
but always seems
to never.

My life is a fast-
foward vision of
what could be,
promises that
would be kept.

If only I had more
time, I could save
the world. As it is,
the world is taking
care of mine, in this
crazy blur.

I give it all to You
Lord, for it is all
Yours anyway.
My life that You
purchased, with
Your Son's blood
on Calvary.

I am dropping the
world that exists,
only in my mind.
I am here to make
one choice, that
choice is mine.

I choose You
Jesus, for You
are the beginning
and the end. Eternity
is in Your Heart, In Your
Heart, is where I will
live.
