Questions to the God Who Sees

Do You see me God?
I mean really see?
Do you know my deepest longings
And the things I want to hide?
See through the mask I’m wearing
And to the “me” inside?

Do You love me Lord?
I mean really love?
Do You see my disappointments
And my heart that wants to heal?
Have You seen my many failures?
I need to know what’s real!

Do you know Me child?
I mean really know?
Do you know your hairs are numbered
And that I know your every thought?
Have you seen the way I look at you?
Do you know Me as you ought?

Do you walk with Me?
I mean really walk?
If I hold My hand out to you
Don’t try to make it on your own.
And if in your heart you seek Me out
I will grow the seed you’ve sown.
