Many of us are to busy just to take a breathe and enjoy what wonders are around us. We have careers, family, children, church, and others things that seem to take all of our time.

These are truly the times, that you would need time with your Heavenly Father. Get up five minutes earlier. Sit on the side of the bed and clear your mind. Take deep breathe, in and out slowly. Close your eyes and mediate on His Word. Example: The Lord is my Shepherd, Psalms 23:1. Think on how good is to know that He is there to protect and guide you. How wonderful it is to know that He loves you. How beautiful it is to know that He will protect us from the enemy.
Or: I can do all things through Christ which strengthened me. Phil. 4:13. Know how wonderful it is to know at your weakest point that He is there to strengthen you. To be confident that there is nothing that is impossible as long as you have Christ by your side, within your heart and alway in your mind.

Prayer:

Heavenly Father,

I thank you for the time that I have with you. I seek you early and I am grateful for the moment that you comfort me, in my time of trial and tribulation.
