My Mother, My Friend

Beloved, I know if you could change this day you would ask God for more time, to hold me and tell me you love me, even though you know His will it’s divine.

Your tears for me are precious and to grieve for me, it’s alright for you to do, for God has your heart in His hands, and His love will see you through.

He knew what was best for me because God doesn’t make mistakes; he orchestrated my life along time ago, even though today many hearts may break.

There were times I rocked you in my arms and also times we just shared the Word, now that I have taken my flight, keep sharing the Word with those who have never heard.

I would not change anything in my life, for everything my steps were ordered to do, and one of my most precious gifts, was God allowed me to give birth to you.

So be strong and courageous, carry the family through, my spirit will always be present and remember I love you.
