Oh the sages of the past;
called to overcome the foe;
with the full Armour
of God Heaven has
bestowed.

Valiant men and women
of Faith; ordained with the
Armour of God;
on their knees so
Faithfully to the Call
of the the Love
in their hearts.

Pilgrims journeying in
a strange land;
shadows of reminiscent
memories of the
times past.

Moving on forward ;
pressing towards the
goal; to enter the
Kingdom gates
Of Heaven.

From the first to the last
all adorned in White Array;
Soldiers ,Warriors of the past;
children of God who fought
on their knees in prayer with
Heaven’s Victory.

Prayers of the righteous
lifted before Heaven’s
Throne; we are now in their
shadows as we press
towards the goal; our
Eternal Heavenly Home.

“A Christian Soldier’s Prayer”

Thank You Holy Heavenly Father for equipping me for the spiritual warfare that I need to be prepared for on this day; by Thy Holy Spirit of Truth; through Thy Holy Word of Truth.

Thy Holy Word instructs me that the battle is Yours, Oh Lord, my God! Oh that I may yield unto Thy Holy Spirit; may I behold You clothing me with Thy Holy Spiritual Armour; may I behold You at Work within me; transforming me more and more into the person You Purpose for me to be, which is in the likeness of the Character of Christ Jesus for such a time as this; may I behold You comforting, counseling, and strengthening me, as I find myself in the midst of spiritual warfare. Thy Holy Word Teaches:

“12) For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.” Ephesians (6)

Oh my Lord, even though I know I’m living in an imperfect temporary temple and that I will still sin, hopefully less, as I journey towards my Eternal Heavenly Home, while I’m being Blessed by You causing me to be made aware of You positioning, preparing and equipping me for the spiritual battle that is before me, and as it is my hope and prayer to be your Holy, Loving instrument of righteousness, goodness and truth and to be in Thy Will moment by moment, with an ever increasing measure, which can only be experienced by Thy Merciful, Loving, Grace through Faith, may I also witness evidence of You at Work in the precious lives of those, whom You also Died for, Oh Resurrected Saviour and Lord ; those who are also involved in this spiritual battle; may I see evidence of them allowing You to Soften their hearts by Thy Holy Spirit of Love, Truth and Life; desiring to yield unto You and Your purpose for them, in accordance to The Light of Thy Holy Word of Truth, in this extremely difficult situation; and may we all witness, together, as members of the Body of Christ, You Defending and Protecting us from the evil one and his allies. For Greater are You, Oh Lord God Almighty, Who Lives Within us than he who is in the world; and we are more than conquerors in Christ, Who Lives within us, by Thy Holy Spirit; that we may be Blessed with Thy Peace, which passes all understanding, as we walk in Christ by Thy Grace through Faith.

“ 7) But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.” (1 John 1)

To You Alone Be The Glory Holy, Holy, Holy Lord God Almighty; For Ever and Ever; as your adopted child in Christ Jesus, my Creator, Saviour, and Lord’s name I Pray; Amen; Amen; and Amen!
