O' my heart and soul magnifies the Lord
for him lifting me up on high
O' how he filled me, of unspeakable joy
so much until it made me cry

I'll praise him with the host of angels
oh hallelujah, hallelujah, we'll sing
For being a Savior so full of compassion
O' Most Holy and precious King

For there is nothing to compare his love
it is more than eyes can see
O' how it covers us with his wings of mercy
this he had poured out on me

It was his grace and mercy that woke me up
and did meet me at the door
And when I went out, they did follow me
God had gave them this chore

In everyplace I went there they were
biding me to just walk in;
But they had already gone, way before
to make sure that I would win

The angle of mercy did go with me
and grace took me by the hand
So whatever that was hard for me to carry
I'll have the strength to stand

So I want to take this time to thank the Lord
for sending them to be by my side
It brought such comfort to my heart and soul
that they were with me on this ride

When your going through, tests and trials
I'd make you appreciate God's gace
And of all the times he did show his mercy
keeping us while we run this race

O' Lord I do thank you for going with me
and for showing me your love
And I have no doubt that you sent my help
from your heaven up above

For nothing can move without your command
for when you spoke it had to obey
So my heart and soul,got to give you praise
for coming by on this day
