When we do know God's telephone number
then we can call it at any time
And we will surely hear, the right tone and ring
and get back, everything is fine

For the call went through loud and clear
no static was ever on the line
There was no interference at all he got the call
and the answer was right on time

Now not every ring is suppose to get through
and may not be the one we need to hear
So take time to check, the number we are using
see if it's tuned to the spiritual ear

For there be calls made that does use any name
that you can't tell who they are
Which is why we have to connect with Jesus's name
and it will reach near and far

Sometimes you may get a few bad messages
that your heart it must delete
For we have a Savior that's full of compassion
that makes us want to hear repeat

So the heart prays to let go of any bitternes
and hang up on any bad years
But put my call through for sunny bright days
and let God have those bad years

God sent the sun but they try to bring rain
things that had happen long ago
But we can live in the future if we have the pass
this what the word lets us know

We can receive messages of hope to help us to cope
not tales of doom on this phone line
But a prayer to get release, each time we call
and it is worthy of God's time
