I just traded my Ford Focus for a Mercedes. April Fool! A
Mercedes on my income? That would be like an Amish farmer
buying the country's best race horse. By the way, did you know
that the Amish do buy retired race horses (trotters) for their
buggies. If you have been in Lancaster Co., PA, you'll have
noticed how beautiful their horses are.

If you buy books, here is an important website given to me by my
pastor -- www.abebooks.com . It is like a clearing house for
books of every sort. I was looking for an out of print book that was
supposedly unavailable anywhere. I found four copies listed on
abebooks.com from three different dealers. Here is their own
description, "Abebooks connects those who buy books with those
who sell them, providing abundant selection at affordable prices."

The best selling book of all time is the Bible. I don't know how
many you have, but some people in the world would give up a lot
just to get a Gospel of John. If you have even one Bible, you are
rich. You have the best library of 66 books available anywhere. I
hope you never take it for granted.

Psalm 119:105 (nlt), "Your word is a lamp for my feet and a light
for my path." A life without Bible reading is like being lost outside
at night without even a flashlight -- you'll do a lot of stumbling.
