In the Secret Place

In that Secret Place of the Most High,
That’s where I want to run and hide.
Poured out to You as an offering,
In the dark of night You bring.

In the Shadow of Your Wings I will dwell,
Knowing I can rest, all is well.
I breathe in Your Spirit and out again,
Knowing You give me peace within.

You raise me up to soar so high,
Only in Your strength can I fly.
In Your Presence my spirit’s made strong,
Held in Your grip where I belong.

Yes indeed, Mitzi, held in His grip, cover in the shadow of the Almighty, soaring on the wings of the great Holy spirit.
