Well here we go again with the same two cars
out on the road to heaven
Each think it knows what the best to run with
but which one got it from 7-Eleven

Now not any kind of fuel can go in this car
it could mess up, the engine-the heart
It's a chance one takes to put just anything
for it might not do it's part

I've saw many break down on the side road
for they filled their tanks with junk
When they could had ate from the right plate
and now they have lost their spunk

But all over the road swirling out of order
missing every stop and turn
But they refuse to use, the Lord's pep-up
and soon they did crash and did burn

You now can hear screeching tires in the back
which are words of anger and spite
But why be this way, you had time to pray
you knew from wrong and right

Both cars had started off at the same light
with their engines set in gear
Now this was ok, they both had the way
but still one refuse to hear

For up ahead the lights were warning
saying be careful in how you walk
Don't load on others that yourself can't tote
let your works be more than talk

Now a car is a means of getting around
it's to take us places everywhere
But I'd be in trouble if the staion is closed
and there we sat with no spare

If you find you don't have one in your trunk
whenever you have a blow-out
So is it with the word if we don't have enough
while out here on heaven's route

Now this soul of ours it runs on God's word
that will help us to get to heaven
We have to be careful in what we feed in it
so deter in stopping at 7-Eleven

For the 7-Eleven is only a quick stop
things that's needed you won't find there
Because, it's sources does have it's limits
and it's not saying they don't care

But God's station it comes fully packed
he made sure our needs be met
We can stock up and store and still there's more
and it has never run out yet

So the race is still on from dusk to dawn
and be it fast or be it slow
Just don't forget who will wave the flag
and know in heaven who will go
