Its time I say, time for the final goodbye
because now I know the Lord is by my side…
You will no longer control my actions, my thoughts, or my words,…
because now take heed your final notice has been served.

I now follow my Lord with all my heart and mind…
Not a fear of you or doubt of him in me you will find…

He governs my heart, he keeps my thoughts free
He has shown me the way through
The lies you told and empty promises you made me…

I am done fighting my battles with you from day to day
Therefore to you I have nothing to say….
Because now the Lord will fight my battles, he will hear my cries
As long as I never listen to or heed your lies.

So I tell you now, its time for you to let me go…
Because now the Lord has told you and made it so.

He has shown me his heart by forgiving me
He has shown me what you never wanted me to see….
That he is my Lord it was never ever you….
Because now I tell you I am through!!!!!
