foreboding winters lethal fury
As crisp Zephyr's trumpet the
arrival of fall

The red and gold flags
Of Autumns inevitable grasp
Float listlessly with urgent passion
As destiny carries them
To the emerald arms of
Morpheus

Tickling the greens of
Summers grace

Under a blanket of leaves
