Prayer of Brokenness

Lord, You are beautiful. Your radiance shines brighter than the morning sun.
I cannot help but praise You. I worship You and exalt You. May my lips never cease to praise You. You are beautiful and Your light is so pure, so white, yet it does not hurt to behold it. Your light is healing, Lord.

Your water is so refreshing, like newly fallen rain. I will not allow it to become stagnant, but will absorb all that I can of You. I give you praise and adoration. You speak to me in Spirit and in Truth. You are Holy, Righteous, Marvelous, Faithful, and True.

You’ve taken the pieces where I was broken and gathered them to Yourself. Putting them back together, it forms a stronger bond in the joints where I was broken. You have taught me things that only come through brokenness. It is a painful, yet purifying process. If it takes brokenness to draw closer to You, then I desire it.

You’ve taken the pieces where I was broken and gathered them to Yourself. Putting them back together, it forms a stronger bond in the joints where I was broken.

Mitzi, this little prayer speaks volumes! You are so right, there are some things that can only be taught through our brokeness. He indeed uses it to make us stronger. He also uses people like you to bless us. In His love, Sharon

Your prayer reflects much of my own lately. I am reminded of Philippians 4:11-13. God bless you, Sister.
