Put your hands up.
You have the right to
remain silent.

It's just that scowl clashes
with those earrings;
Just doesn't ring true
to who you are.
You usually harmonize.
I am so surprized.

Old women who
who wear red with purple
are fairer in their sense of
purpose and expression.
There's such thing as
comfort or fun.
but what do you call that?
"Religion on the Run"?
or how about
"Amish with an Attitude"

May I point out
that wrong kind of hat.
Why choose that
covering of self-protection
& self-defensiveness?
What happened to
that Wisdom head-wrap
you so often wear?

Like calico and plaid;
with your feet on the path
of righteousness
but your hands folded in;
unwilling to do the work of the Kingdom.
Grasping the latest church trend.
What is God saying to YOU
my friend?

Don't you know
you are meant to have
that Klassic Kingdom look;
never bland with your
signature color and flair.
Your way of pulling it
all together effortlessly.
Of course it's not your doing,
but it makes people ask:
"How do you do it?

You're meant to be:
never out of style;
always in season;
understanding the seasons;
completely seasoned
by the Word.

I'm just giving you
a warning this time.
If I see that again
you'll be doing time
for aggravating fashion crime.
