Lord I’m having a typical Monday
It doesn’t seem nothing is going my way
Everyone expects me to create miracles
But I’m not having a very good day.

I never look forward to Monday
What a way for the week to start
I know God will get me through it
As long as have him in my heart.

I had a wonderful weekend
I could have used an additional day
Now my plate is overflowing
But I trust that you’ll make a way.

I thank you every morning
For being with me every hour
I know you have the solution
Because of your awesome power.

So Lord you brought me to it
I trust you will get me through
So I thank you for this day
Because I have my faith in you.
