KEEP LOOKING UP!

Our days are consumed with hours and hours of stress. If you yell, jump up and down, ignore it or laugh until you are silly, it won't matter because the stress is always there. The "sillies" do help lighten the load weighing heavily on our minds but we often forget to laugh! Lighten up!

The most serious situations are faced differently with a hug and a smile. Knowing you care is all that matters. When we go through different stages in our lives, we cross different bridges. The bridge of uncertainty, the bridge of happiness, the bridge of complaints, the bridge of caring, the bridge of unhappiness etc, etc, etc. Look up!

The load will be lighter if you can find humor, a smile, a hug or something pleasant along the way with a heart of thankfulness. Keep looking for the light at the end of that tunnel, the silver lining in every cloud, the smile in each day.

Help to lighten the load the best you can and enjoy the ride through life supporting each other. Take your opinions and differences to each other in a manner that is calm and peaceful and you will get alot further than with a sour face and complaints.

It doesn't matter what the situation is, you will always be able to face it much better when you can lighten up, sing a song, pray with someone, give a hug etc. The bridge that spans our hearts is never too wide, if we allow God to give us hearts of compassion and love for one another. The caring individuals we are is reflected in our actions.

If we lighten the load of another along the way, we are doing as Jesus asked us to do and caring one for another. There are many ways we can do this, so pray next time when you face obstacles and ask God for direction. Then sit back, relax and let God do the rest. He will help you and guide you so that you will enjoy your life! Look up!

Each day of life is a challenge and the road is rocky,but if you keep looking up----God is there! If you ask, He is there. It's not always our time, but His. So don't give up and fret, worry and complain, but relax and know He is God and He is there to give you love and comfort. Support each other in love and harmony and you will find, God is gracious and kind. Do unto others as you would have done unto you. Look up--your help and strength is from the Lord, and Him alone!
